RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At NūvoBake Shop, we understand that sometimes preferences change. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted for unused, non-customized items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging.

Returns are not permitted for edible items, including edible icing sheets

Defective Products:

If a product is defective, you may request a replacement, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made items (e.g., 3D-printed cookie cutters) are non-refundable unless they are defective.

Edible items:

Due to the nature of this product and for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on edible items, including icing sheets. We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and as described.

If you experience any issues with your order, such as damage during shipping or an error on our part, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to make it right!

Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
